HTC Droid Eris Owners, your 2.1 Software Update has finally arrived!

Reports are coming in that customers have been receiving updates since May 11th.

Here are some of the key changes to 2.1:

  • Pinch Zoom functionality on the All New 3D Gallery and Google Maps
  • Speech to Text has now been added
  • Leap View for easy navigation between your 7 customizable screens
  • Google Maps with Navigation, turns your device into a Turn-by-Turn GPS unit
